Coupons
Coupons are exclusive discounts that you receive when registering, reaching levels, or in special promotions.
Your coupons
In the "Coupons" section of the dashboard you will see:
- ✅ active coupons (that you can use)
- ⏰ Coupons soon to expire (red, few days left)
- 📜 used coupons (history)
Types of coupons

| 📅 Saison (Temporada) | Campañas estacionales (verano, navidad) |
| 🎁 Treue (Fidelidad) | Recompensa por antigüedad |
How to redeem a coupon
- Find the store where the coupon applies
- Visit the store and mention that you have a coupon available
- The business validates and applies the discount
- Ready! The coupon is marked as used
Verify your coupon
Each coupon shows:
- 📛 Unique Code (ex:
WELCOME20) - 💰 Discount (percentage or fixed amount)
- 📅 Validity (expiration date)
- 🏪 Valid Trades (some are specific)
- 🔢 Uses (how many times it has been used vs. maximum)
Special conditions
Some coupons have conditions:
- Minimum purchases (e.g. "Valid for purchases >€50")
- Specific days (ex: "Only Monday")
- Categories (ex: "Only fashion products")
- First purchase (new customers only)
These conditions are shown in the coupon details.
