Coupons
E-Smartpoints generates personalized discount coupons based on your level, purchase history and preferences. The system does not handle "offers" but coupons that you can redeem at affiliated businesses.
Types of coupons
There are 3 main types of coupons that you will see on your dashboard:

| EXKLUSIV | Exclusivo para tu nivel | Solo para tu nivel o superior |

- 🎁 20% on your next purchase — discount on the highest ticket
- ⭐ Double points on the weekend — 2x points at selected stores
- 🎂 Surprise gift on your birthday — automatic coupon on your date
- 🛍️ Coupons by category — discounts according to your favorite stores
How to use a coupon
- Find the coupon in your dashboard or "Coupons" section
- Tap "View Business" to see details and businesses where applicable
- Visit the store and mention the coupon when paying
- The business validates and applies the discount
Notifications
When a new coupon is available, you will receive:
- 📧 An email (if you have it activated)
- 🔔 A notification in the app
- 📱 A push notification (if you allow it)

Some benefits are reserved depending on your level:
