E-Smartpoints has a progressive loyalty system with 4 levels. Each level unlocks new benefits and brings you closer to more rewards.
The 4 levels
🧭 Explorer (0 - 50 points)
The welcome level. When you sign up, you start here.

🥉 Frequent / Stammkunde (50 - 300 points)
When you reach 50 points, you go up to the second level.

The highest level, for the most loyal customers.

How do I level up?
Simply accumulate points when making purchases at affiliated stores:

Progress bar
On your dashboard you will see a progress bar that shows:
- Your current level
- Points accumulated so far
- How many points are left for the next level
- The percentage of progress
What happens if I stop buying?
Don't worry! Your points do not expire as long as you keep your account active. If you stop buying for a while, you simply don't go up, but you don't go down in level.
Points history
In the "Verlauf" (History) section you can see:
- 📅 Date of each transaction
- 🏪 Trade where you accumulated points
- ⭐ Points earned or redeemed
- 💰 Related purchase
