Ideal for: restaurants, shops and services with 100-500 customers.

How to upgrade or change plans

1. Go to Settings → "Subscription"
2. You will see your current plan
3. Click on "Plan ändern" or "Upgrade"
4. Select the new plan
5. Confirm with the payment method
6. Changes are immediate

Pay

• 💳 Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• 🏦 Bank transfer (annual plans)
• 📄 Automatic monthly bill
• 🔁 Automatic renewal (you can cancel at any time)
• 💰 Proration when changing plans mid-month

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

1. Go to Subscription → "Kündigen"
2. Confirm the cancellation
3. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period
4. Then you go back to the free plan (limited)
5. Your data is kept 90 days in case you reactivate

Free plan

If you do not have an active plan, you maintain access to:

• ✅ Basic Dashboard
• ✅ Up to 20 clients
• ❌ No coupons
• ❌ No marketing
• ❌ Without AI tools

Referral program

If you recommend E-Smartpoints to another business and they register:

• 🎁 Both receive 1 month free of the Advanced plan
• 💰 If you refer 3+ businesses, you access permanent discounts
